Did research on SGX-based off-chain signature and on-chain verification:
The SGX office has passed the application for the CESS private key, and the Enclave for commercial use is available. Currently researching and developing the method.
Studied the elliptic curve digital signature algorithm, solved the mismatch between the SGX cryptography library and the Substrate signature library, and used it to realize the SGX off-chain signature and on-chain verification mechanism.

Improved the design document of CESS v0.6.0, and added the detailed design of new file upload process state machine, autonomous file and other modules and clients.
Implemented and tested the basic functions such as quick search of transaction hash on the chain, made technical preparations for the development of CESS v0.6.0.
