CESS Airdrop event

We created this event to celebrate the launch of CESS testnet v0.5.0!

Rules: 
Simply guess the CESS testnet storage power before the deadline on 10:00 am (UTC) on Aug 11th. (Keep 3 decimal places, e.g. 100.342G) - The last entry for users with multiple attempts will be taken as a final guess.

Rewards：
1st place: 5 points= 500 $CESS
2nd place: 3 points= 300 $CESS
3rd place: 2 points= 200 $CESS

Rewards will be given out at a ratio of 1:100 (i.e., 1 point is equivalent to 100 CESS tokens) after the CESS mainnet goes online.
