Project Development Details:
Consensus Miner
Completed v0.6.0. Bugs fixed and code flow optimized. All modules function expectedly and stably.
Completed the debugging and testing of all functions, and solved the bugs in miner reward calculation, survival time statistics and file deletion.
Fixed the problems of inaccurate space size released to users, failed to clear invalid file fragments, and data overflow.
Added SGX certificate signer verification function, and added the benchmark test.
Storage Miner
Completed v0.6.0.
Completed the debugging and testing of various functions. Fixed the problems in the file upload, download and delete function.
Optimized the code flow of file management, data filling, and information reporting to the blockchain, making the logic clearer and smoother.
DeOSS (Decentralized Object Storage Service)
Completed function development and bug fix and added new functions:
Fixed the bug: failed to delete files in bulk when the storage space expired.
Completed the development of functions such as wallet address query and exit from the CESS platform.
Added the function of simultaneous uploading files (if the same file already exists in the system, uploading can be completed immediately).
Proof-of-Storage
Completed the joint debugging of SGX private storage proof, including:
Completed debugging and testing of the private storage proof algorithm, consensus miner and storage miner.
Solved the problem of insufficient threads in the private storage proof algorithm in SGX, optimized the execution results of the algorithm, and made it easier to parse.
Improved the readme document in the SGX private storage proof algorithm.
Others
Started the SBP milestone 3 development task and completed part of the task.
Completed the development task of milestone 2, sorted out the delivery list, and will soon enter the test delivery stage.
Testnet
Overview:
15 consensus nodes and 3566 storage nodes registered with almost 38.10 tib effective storage space within 54 days after the v0.5.3 testnet was launched. More details on the blockchain explorer.

Event:
The miner reward event for the CESS testnet continued as storage and consensus miners can earn points by participating. Points can be exchanged for CESS tokens when the mainnet launches. Click here for details.
Community Activities
1. CESS’s prize for 2022 Polkadot Winter Hackathon $3,000 USD has been distributed to the winning teams: VIEDOWN, QV.OD, and Gitverse. Each team received $1,000 USD. For details, read the article.
2. CESS participated in the “Web3 Chinese New Year Party” organized by CryptoTalks. CESS introduced the technological innovation, development, and vision of the project at the event, as well as the new Decentralized Object Storage Service (DeOSS) function launched by CESS at the end of 2022.
