The Cumulus Encrypted Storage System (CESS) project team has been informed that they are victim to illegal fund-raising and business fraud activities, including the sale of mining machines, in the name of CESS project or CESS stake holders.
Cumulus Encrypted Storage System (CESS) Official Declaration:
Since the CESS project was officially started in 2019, the Cumulus Encrypted Storage System (CESS) has never created two separate blockchains for both International and / or Mainland China usage. There is only one version of CESS public chain.
CESS has never been involved with the sale of mining machines and digital token mapping from third parties are not recognised by CESS mainet. The CESS project is currently running internal tests - jointly - with BSC testnet chain with internal testing token tCESS. tCESS is only valid for internal testing and not officially offered or tradable on any public chain.
The above-mentioned fund raising, and mining machine sales activities are fraudulent. The CESS project team advise that investors and community members beware of these scams. In the meantime, the CESS project team will seek legal counsel and subsequent legal action is expected.
